Prachand Oil was founded in 2026 by Harsh Rathore (Founder) with a clear vision to bring purity, authenticity, and responsible processing into everyday cooking. From the very beginning, the brand has been driven by the belief that edible oil should be produced in a way that respects nature and preserves its original character.

Today, Prachand Oil is supported by a dedicated team of 10 to 20 skilled members, all working together with a shared commitment to quality, transparency, and consistency.

At Prachand Oil, we focus on careful seed selection and gentle extraction methods. Our oils are produced at a controlled low temperature of 10°C to 12°C, using a 1–2 stage cold press (wood press) method. This slow and natural process allows the oil to be released without unnecessary heat or aggressive treatment, helping it retain its authentic taste, natural aroma, and essential goodness that are naturally preserved through cold pressing.

Over time, we closely observed various oil extraction methods used across the industry. Many conventional processes depend on high temperatures and multiple stages of treatment to increase production speed and output. These methods are effective for large-scale manufacturing, but they often involve intense heat and repeated processing.

In such systems, oil is produced efficiently; however, its natural goodness, original aroma, and important nutrients may gradually be reduced. Over time, what remains is often oil mainly in name, with much of its original character affected by heavy processing.

These methods are commonly used where volume and speed are the main priorities.
